If a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of placing your order, and you will have the option to wait for the product to be restocked or receive a full refund.

For domestic orders within Indonesia, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping (if available) takes 1–3 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, traffic congestion, or logistical issues.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method, and your destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review it before making a payment. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount—these promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
